NYC based Singer – Actress Shannon Conley got her start in the cartoon world, voicing characters in tv shows on Nickelodeon, Starkids, Syfy network et al. Credits include Pokémon, As Told By Ginger, X-Men, Kappa Mikey, Newbie & the Disasternauts & more.

As a singer she honed her craft with some of the top clubdate acts of the time, NYC Swing, Starlight Orchestras amongst others, and began making a name for herself in NYC’s downtown music scene, as a vocal powerhouse with incredible range and authentic soulful rock sound. It eventually landed her the gig as frontwoman for LEZ Zeppelin, an internationally acclaimed all girl LED ZEPPELIN band.

For 7 years Shannon toured the world in the Jimmy Page endorsed “most powerful female rock band in the world”. Then in 2014, Shannon joined the cast of Broadway’s Hedwig and the Angry Inch and saw the production through it’s 18 month TONY winning run, as well as the following 9 month National Tour that took it’s final bow in July, 2017.

After her return to NYC, she performed in concerts in some of NYC’s premier venues such as Carnegie Hall, Joe’s Pub, City Winery, The Irridium, The Gramercy, Le Poisson Rouge and The Highline Ballroom, as well as fun time bars like The Red Lion, Ulysses, Arlene’s Grocery & KJ Farrells.

During the Pandemic she “quarantined” with her good friends and veterans of the downtown music scene & started her own Pop Rock Party Band called SuperSonicBlonde. With SSB, Shannon’s able to showcase her vocal range and musical versatility in genre and eras from the 70s 80s 90s AND Beyond, she always delivers a feel good time with her infectious energy and the interactive nature of her live performance style. Shannon’s especially adept at reading the audience and with the wealth of songs in her canon she’s able to tailor her sets to the room and the dynamics of the event as needed.
